As an alternative to onsite service, Syntechs gives consumers the option to send devices to our Logistics Center in Boca Raton, Florida for expert servicing. Equipment is directly shipped to our depot facility where professionals promptly diagnose the fault. A repair estimate is provided and upon the customer's approval of the estimate, Syntechs will promptly repair and ship back your equipment - usually within 48-hours.
